Luis Garg is a builder and developer of affordable housing and a respected financial advisor, whose mission is providing profitable, affordable, and secure real estate investments for everyone. He was born in Mexico City in April of 1945 to Basque parents. Garg would go on to pursue his Bachelor's degree in Architecture, his Master's degree in Business Administration, and his PhD in Urban Design (City Planning). He would later become a university professor of construction administration and management systems and raise his child alone, as a single parent. That child would go on to graduate from Harvard Medical School and become a doctor.
Garg is no slouch, though—in addition to his financial and intellectual accomplishments, he was a champion swimmer in the Pan-American games and other competitions. Obviously Luis Garg does not have a fear of hard work or of commitment.
Luis Garg is the founder and current President of RealFund Investment Trust, a business that specializes in the construction of real estate projects.
This allows investors to participate in those projects and attain massive gains. Garg is personally responsible for overseeing the success of various Real Estate Development Entities with sturdy, cheap, housing projects in the United States and Latin America, appealing particularly to Hispanics. Garg is responsible especially for a commitment to generate passive, residual, recurrent income and profits for the clients, shareholders, and investors. With those responsibilities, Garg has been able to show his skills at developing and building affordable housing for Hispanics. This market is under appreciated and has the ability to produce increasing profits.
